Designing Jolis meant choreographing light, rhythm, and texture to elevate the act of dining

Jolis Restaurant reimagines the urban dining experience through the lens of material warmth and geometric order. The design pairs raw elements—concrete, oak, and brass—with soft lighting to create a refined yet inviting interior.

Every surface contributes to the ambiance: the glow of pendant lights over terrazzo tables, the tactile grain of wood under hand, and the balanced contrast between light and shadow. It’s a sensorial space where simplicity feels luxurious.
